AYSO United and NOW Soccer are proud to announce our new affiliation! NOW Soccer Academy has been North Alabama's Elite Soccer Training Academy providing soccer skills training and development for players ages 4-18. We recognize the coaching talent and share the same goals of creating a world class soccer program. Their world-class indoor facilities have provided many players and teams throughout the area a professional environment for skill development.
The affiliation includes FREE Friday technical skills group training sessions for our U9-U12 players throughout the Fall season at the academy. These sessions are run by the NOW Soccer Academy coaches and are designed to improve our player's technical skills and ball mastery! Each of our U13-19 teams gain access to the indoor facility 3 times per season (at the team's discretion) and can use the space for technical team sessions, preseason training or for rain-out dates when grass fields are closed. For those particularly rainy/stormy months, access to the facility also means our teams will never go a full week without a training session - no matter the weather! If our U11-U19 teams are rained out for a full week, they will be able to train at the indoor facility -at no extra cost - so they will never miss out on a full week of practice.
We are also proud to have Norbert Webley, NOW Soccer Owner and Director, on staff with us as our Director of Player Development! Coach Webley is one of the most accomplished coaches in the region and his expertise for our players, coaches and teams will have a profound impact on the club! As part of Coach Webley's role, he will run sessions for our U13-19 teams in the Fall season, offering that extra technical, tactical and developmental expertise to those groups.

Our partnership also promotes our most driven soccer players to elite squads coached by NOW FC, whose teams play at a regional level. NOW FC's model is based on some of the most successful, professional youth soccer clubs around the world and is already one of the premier clubs in the South East. There are guest-playing opportunities for both clubs, meaning more development for players at both organizations.
